Gobi 65
Ingredients:
Cauliflower-1
chilli powder-1 table spoon
chilli chicken powder-2 table spoon
corn flour-1 table spoon
Salt - as needed
Recipe:
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.
Put it in the hot water for 5 minutes
And then filter it.
Then add chilli powder,chicken powder,corn flour and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well and keep it for 15 minutes.
In a tawa, add enough oil fry the cauliflower
Gobi-65 is ready!!!!! Enjoy!!!!!
